Our Health Services include Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care. All of our Life Care Communities are accredited and recognized for excellence. Community residents can also apply for any of our Health Services at one of our Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Our Five Star Skilled Nursing is for patients who need medical care following an illness, injury, surgery, hospitalization or long term care. Skilled Nursing means you have professional medical care, support and assistance 24-hours a day. We also offer Short-term Rehab. This service is also available to non-residents for Short-term Rehab who meet the Health Center Admission Criteria.
Our professional staff provides the help needed with the daily activities of life. Knowing that someone is there 24 hours a day gives you and your loved ones comfort and security. You can expect such things as assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, medication management, activities and standby mobility assistance.
We provide a safe, home-like environment to help our residents maintain a meaningful lifestyle. Upon entrance, we closely connect with each person with the Best Friend Program, so we can use this knowledge to aid in their care. We have a structured and calm environment that provides personalized attention from our specially trained staff.
Your needs will be assessed against the list of Clinical Admission Criteria. Private rooms may be available. We offer a limited number of large, semi-private rooms (maximum two patients per room) with similar accommodations.
We accept Medicare and several insurances. We are not participants in the MediCal program. We also accept private pay.
